Delivery times will vary depending on the option you select at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. (Pre-orders can take up to 5-10 working days)

UK Delivery:

Standard: 2-3 working days
Express: 1-2 working days

International Delivery:

Standard: 7-10 working days
Express: 3-5 working days

International Delivery (Europe):

Standard: 5-7 working days
Express: 3-5 working days

Please note that these are only estimates based on our shipping provider’s website. Other factors, such as customs, weather delays, and public holidays, may cause delays in your parcel.

You can choose between two options:

• Letterbox shipping: Free within the UK, £5 for international orders.

• Small Parcel with Gift Packaging: This includes a £5-10 charge for gift packaging, with estimated delivery times provided at checkout.

Express delivery is available and will be displayed as an option at checkout. Please note that tracking numbers are only provided for express delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your parcel. You can select either letterbox shipping or small parcel shipping with gift packaging at checkout.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your item.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. If you made an error, please email us as soon as possible with the subject line “ORDER ERROR” If we don’t receive your email quickly, we may not be able to assist with changes.
